Situated on Mittenwalderstraße, the apartment is within a short walk (approx. 5–8 minutes) of Ludwigstraße, where you’ll find a variety of restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and local shops.

At the same time, the apartment offers immediate access to the outdoors. Hiking trails on Wank Mountain begin essentially at your doorstep, while the Eckbauerbahn (approx. 10-minute walk) provides easy access to scenic alpine hikes. The Partnach Gorge can also be reached on foot.
