Welcome to Chalet 62 - Enjoy your holiday in this stylish and comfortable holiday flat on two floors.

A light-flooded living room with open kitchen and direct terrace access awaits you. Here you can enjoy the wonderful view of the Waxensteine and the surrounding mountains in comfortable garden furniture. However, it is not only the view that is inspiring, because this flat also offers something for the eyes to discover inside thanks to designer furniture and many appealing details.

The high-quality and fully equipped kitchen fulfils all wishes, is open to the living area and offers a beautiful view of the garden. In addition to a filter coffee machine, coffee lovers also have a Nespresso capsule machine at their disposal.

On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and access to the terrace, as well as a separate bathroom with a shower at ground level.

A staircase leads to the lower level of the flat. Another bedroom with a comfortable double bed awaits you here. The walk-in wardrobe offers plenty of space for clothes and luggage. Another bathroom invites you to relax under the rain shower or in the bathtub.

A separate room holds a washing machine and dryer for you.

All flat windows are equipped with electric shutters and can be completely darkened for late sleepers. In the colder seasons, the underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth throughout the flat.

The flat also has a parking space in the underground garage. If you bring your bicycles with you, you can store them in a lockable bicycle room.
