The “Garmisch” vacation apartment in Garmisch-Partenkirchen offers around 115 m² of space for up to four people – with an open, light-flooded living concept that combines modern design with authentic alpine flair. As an attic apartment in the Garmisch district, located directly at the foot of the Kramer, it is an ideal starting point for hikes, walks, and excursions into the surrounding mountains. The Garmisch pedestrian zone, shopping facilities, and a bus stop are within easy reach, about a ten-minute walk away.
Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious entrance area with a walk-in closet – practical for coats, shoes, and luggage.
The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms with skylights. The heart of the apartment is the large living, dining, and kitchen area with high ceilings, exposed beams, and large windows that create a pleasant, open, and bright atmosphere.
In the living area, a comfortable sofa, a reading chair, and a flat-screen TV invite you to relax and unwind. The adjoining dining area and fully equipped kitchen make cooking and dining together a pleasure. A stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essential kitchen utensils are provided. A small counter with bar stools is the perfect place for your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The continuous wooden floors with underfloor heating give the apartment a warm, cozy atmosphere.
Both bedrooms are stylishly designed, with high-quality beds, spacious wardrobes, their own TV, and a desk—ideal if you need to work in between.
The two bathrooms with natural light are modernly equipped: one with a shower, sink, and toilet, the larger one with double sinks, a walk-in shower, toilet, and bidet.
A special highlight of the vacation apartment are the two balconies: the large south-facing balcony is accessible from the living room and one bedroom and invites you to sunbathe and relax throughout the day. The narrower east-facing balcony, accessible from the kitchen and the second bedroom, offers enchanting views of the mountains – perfect for your first coffee in the morning sun.
The amenities also include a washing machine and dryer in the shared laundry room in the basement, which is shared with the neighboring vacation apartment “Partenkirchen.”
A private underground parking space, conveniently accessible by elevator, ensures a relaxed arrival and departure – in any season.
For families who are friends or larger groups, the “Garmisch” apartment can be combined perfectly with the neighboring “Partenkirchen” apartment.
