The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a spacious, open storage shelf – practical and pleasantly airy. Here is also a practical desk with power connection—ideal for concentrated work hours during your stay. The bathroom with two sinks and a shower tray and the additional guest toilet are particularly comfortable. In the separate, fully equipped kitchen, you can cook in a relaxed manner just like at home and have direct access to the east side of the balcony.

The location makes “SpitzenZeit” the ideal starting point for summer and winter alike: the Garmisch pedestrian zone and Marienplatz are about a five-minute walk away, and you can reach the Hausbergbahn cable car in just ten minutes – perfect for hiking, biking, and skiing. A parking space is available in the courtyard, and there is also storage space in a small garage, ideal for bicycles, hiking gear, or ski equipment.
