The accommodation

This semi-detached house with a total of four bedrooms offers plenty of space for up to 8 people on two floors (ground floor and upper floor) with approx. 170sqm.

You get your own garden which is enclosed all around and guarantees you maximum privacy! On the upper floor there is also a spacious balcony with great mountain views.

The ground floor offers a bedroom with double bed, as well as the spacious living room and a bathroom with shower. The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and adjoins the dining area as well as the living room.

On the upper floor of the house are the three remaining bedrooms, which also have double beds, as well as another guest toilet and the second bathroom (also equipped with a shower).

A garage also belongs to the flat. You are welcome to park a second car directly in front of the garage or use a free parking space in the quiet side street.

WLAN as well as washing machine and dryer are at your disposal. This is a non-smoking flat, pets are not allowed.
