Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist zentral für Ausflüge und man erreicht schnell die Ortsmitte. Der Straßenlärm ist etwas störend, aber wir haben trotzdem den Balkon genutzt. Die Ausstattung ist modern und die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgestattet . Die Betten sind gut, gute Matratzen.

Lucky to have stayed in such a beautiful apartment.

We consider ourselves extremely lucky that the Central Pearl was available during our planned holiday period. At all times we felt safe in a very safe environment and knew that we would always be supported if we needed anything. The train station was just across the road and shops were only a few minutes away (on foot). Although the apartment is centrally located, it is situated in a very quiet area and the views of the surrounding mountains are magnificent.

Gut ausgestattet, sauber, gemütlich. Liegt sehr zentral. Fussläufig zum Bahnhof und zu Restaurants. Für 3-4 Personen komfortabel, da es zwei Bäder gibt. Geräumige Zimmer, sehr ruhiges Haus mit Fahrstuhl. Die Kommunikation mit Alpenferienwohnungen war sehr gut. Wir können das Apartment weiterempfehlen.

Ferienwohnung hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen.

Lage zwar an vielbefahrener Stadtstr. aber Nähe Bahnhof und Skibus, Balkon Südseite und Blick auf Alpspitz, bei herrlichem Sonnenschein.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Super zentral. Direkt beim Bahnhof. Man hört die Züge aber nicht.

Schöner Familienurlaub!

Die Wohnung strahlt eine angenehme Atmosphäre aus und bietet vier Personen (Familie mit zwei erwachsenen Töchtern) ausreichend Platz. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Lage, alles perfekt. Dazu kommen freundliche Vermieter, die sich in unserem Fall sofort um einen aufgegebenen Mangel gekümmert haben.

Geräumige helle Wohnung mit umfangreicher Ausstattung. Es fehlt an nichts! Zentrale Lage, Kfz Stellplatz im UG.

Отличные просторные двухэтажные апартаменты. Окна на две стороны, и оба вида великолепны. Вся необходимая техника (включая 3 вида кофеварок). Рядом вокзал, каток, магазин Lidl.

„If you like great views, easy access to hiking paths, the train station and the old town, this is the place for you! We had great support from Gerhard’s team! The my met us at check in, provided great information about the area, the location of a nearby laundromat, and even let us check out a few hours later than normal. The apartment was great for our family, had easy access to hiking paths, and the train to the Zugspitze, and two great balconies for drinking coffee in the morning or a beer after a long day hiking. I highly recommend this property!“

Wir haben uns super in unserer schönen Ferienwohnung erholt. Und es gibt noch soviel zu entdecken, .

Die Unterkunft ist total schön, sauber, sehr gut gelegen ... beim Frühstück auf dem Balkon guckt man direkt auf die Zugspitze. Alles ist gut zu Fuß in GaPa erreichbar. Man kann viel unternehmen in unmittelbarer Nähe.

„Die Ferienwohnung ""Central Pearl"" ist sehr geräumig als Maisonettewohnung in 2 Ebenen aufgeteilt, wir haben uns dort zu zweit sehr wohlgefühlt. Die 2 Balkone bieten einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Wank auf der einen und den Waxenstein auf der anderen Seite. 2 Bäder empfanden wir ebenfalls als Luxus, da wir diese parallel nutzen konnten. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt, direkt am Bahnhof gelegen, so dass man auch mal mit der Bahn nach Innsbuck oder München fahren konnte und Restaurants sowie die Innenstadt sind ebenfalls schnell erreichbar. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder!“

Прекрасное местоположение, интерьер квартиры, два санузла и две спальни, есть все необходимое и даже больше, чем нужно. Хорошая звукоизоляция, новая техника. Отличная квартира. Совсем рядом очень достойный супермаркет и остановка автобуса, вокзал 2 минуты ходьбы. Мебель на балконе, кухонная зона выше всяких похвал. Соотношение цены и качества!

Great spot. Excellent apartment walking distance to the pedestrian district. The parking garage spot was small almost to the point of being g unusable, And there is no laundry, which might have been an issue for a longer stay, but aside from that we were really pleased with the apartment

Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Sehr schöne Wohnung in angenehmer, zentraler Lage, Balkon leider zur Hauptverkehrsstraße und dadurch sehr laut. Sunset und Sundown Augenblicke unglaublich schön. Als kleine Anregung: eine kleine Erstausstattung an Kaffee und Wasser wäre wünschenswert.

This apartment is conveniently located next to the train station. Perfect for getting around town and into the Mountains. Plenty of restaurants close by as well as rental car locations. The apartment was clean and had great views.

We had a lovely holiday in Gerhard's apartment which was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The apartment is in a quiet location within easy reach of the cycle paths and the town centre. The views of the mountains from Gerhard's balcony are wonderful!
