Description

The Chalet AlpspitzBlick is centrally located in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and offers six spacious rooms spread over three levels, accommodating 6 to 8 people. Four bedrooms with comfortable queen-size beds and ample storage space ensure restful nights, while light-colored hardwood floors, large windows, and plenty of natural light give the entire apartment a warm, friendly atmosphere.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with an open, modern, and fully equipped kitchen. A comfortable couch with a TV invites you to relax, while the inviting dining table is perfect for gathering together. A decorative fireplace creates a cozy ambiance. From here, you have direct access to the terrace and the private garden. This level is complemented by a practical storage closet, a coat closet in the entryway, and a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

On the first floor are three of the four bedrooms, each equipped with its own TV; one of them has access to its own small balcony. A bright bathroom with natural light, a bathtub, and an additional walk-in shower rounds out this floor.

The basement features the fourth bedroom with a double bed and a closet, as well as an additional sleeper sofa for even more flexibility. A spacious wellness area with its own sauna and a small tea and water station invites you to relax after a day in the mountains, while a washer and dryer provide added convenience during your stay.

From the terrace and many of the windows, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. For guests arriving by car, there is a convenient carport with an electric charging station, as well as an additional free outdoor parking space. The Chalet AlpspitzBlick combines alpine charm with modern comfort and is the ideal retreat for an unforgettable vacation in the Bavarian Alps.

The accommodation is located along St.-Martin-Straße in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the lively pedestrian zone with its shops, cafés, and restaurants, as well as the Hausbergbahn, which takes you directly into the Werdenfels mountains.

Garmisch-Partenkirchen lies at the foot of the Zugspitze, Germany’s highest mountain, and is one of the most famous year-round destinations in the Bavarian Alps. Hiking trails, bike routes, and the Partnach Gorge are just as easily accessible as the spa park with its opportunities for walking and relaxation. In winter, the ski areas on the Hausberg, the Alpspitze, and the Zugspitze ensure that the slopes and cross-country trails are just a short distance away.

Transportation links are also excellent: The Garmisch-Partenkirchen train station is easily accessible on foot or by car and connects the town to Munich, Innsbruck, and the entire region. Shops for daily necessities, bakeries, and pharmacies are also nearby, so you’ll have everything within easy reach during your stay.

If you’re traveling by car, a carport is available right next to the house, as well as an additional outdoor parking space. The chalet’s central location makes it the ideal starting point for excursions into the mountains as well as for a leisurely stroll through the historic town center of Partenkirchen, with its traditional facades and vibrant Bavarian culture.
